Job Summary
The Manager for Community Health and Wellness is responsible for assisting Harris Health System's administrative staff, community partners, and coalitions with access improvement initiatives. The Manager is responsible for managing administrative tasks and responsibilities that will result in effective community awareness and access to Harris Health services.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: Bachelors Degree in Health Education or related area. Master's Degree preferred in Health Care Related Fields
Work Experience: Five years experience in the design and implementation of community outreach programs.
Management Experience: Five years Project Management Experience
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Communication Skills: Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contract), Exceptional Verbal (e.g., Public Speaking), Correspondence/Reporting
Other Skills: Analytical, Medical Terms, P.C., Research, Statistical, Word
