Skills / Requirements
Operations Manager provides pavilion based management of all Supply Chain Management- Distribution activities. Plans, organizes and coordinates department functions. The incumbent creates a collaborative, productive work environment through positive relations with Senior Leadership, Managers and employees.
Education/Specialized Training Licensure: Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare related field.
Work Experience (years and area): Five (5) years healthcare purchasing or contracting and materials management (MM) experience. MM systems experience preferred
Management Experience (years and area): Four (4) years of management experience in materials management or related area.
Communication Skills: Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact), Exceptional Verbal (e.g., Public Speaking), Writing/Composing: Correspondence/Reports
Other Skills: Analytical, P.C., Word
Work Schedule: Travel, Flexible
Other Requirements: Travel between HCHD locations and occasional out of travel
