Job Profile


The Performance Improvement Manager (PIM) is responsible for analyzing data and processes of business functions reporting to the Associate Administrator of Business Operations.  The Manager will conduct data analysis that will provide statistical and financial information to support the achievement of organizational and strategic goals.  The Manager is also responsible for substantiating identified anomalies and exceptions, evaluating internal controls and recommending new continuous monitoring routines in identified high risk areas.  The PIM will manage analysts in ACS that are responsible for quality metrics, auditing processes, maintaining databases, reporting integrity, preparing reports, and supporting multiple projects within Ambulatory Care Services


Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: 
       Bachelors required, Master¿s Degree, SQL required, Visual Basic required. 
       Proficient in analyzing operational data and developing continuous monitoring routines.
Work Experience (Years and Area):
       Seven (7) or more years in data analysis required.  Five years in healthcare preferred.
Management Experience (Years and Area): 
       Five (5) years or more managerial experience


Communication Skills:
Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contract); Exceptional Verbal (e.g., Public Speaking)
Writing /Composing (Correspondence / Reports)
Other Skills:
Analytical; Mathematics; P.C.; Research; Statistical; Word  Proc
Advanced Education:
Bachelor¿s Degree (Major):  B.A., B.S. or  B.B.A. in Business, Healthcare or Finance.
Master¿s Degree (Major):  Master¿s in Business or Healthcare Administration
