Job Summary- Correctional Health
To provide leadership in the day to day operations of the assigned pharmacy through hiring, training, developing and scheduling competent staff, developing efficient pharmacy operations and processes which provide excellence in patient care, patient safety and adhere to all regulatory rules, and to do so exercising to fiscal responsibility in terms of revenue generation and expenses.
Degrees: PharmD preferred or Bachelors degree in pharmacy + Masters Degree in Administration Preferred.
License & Certification: ACPE IV Sterile Certification
Work Experience: Two (2) years total pharmacy experience
Management Experience: Two (2) years pharmacy management experience in supervisor level or equivalent
Communication Skills: Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact), Exceptional Verbal (e.g., Public Speaking), Writing / Correspondence, Writing / Reports
Proficiencies: MS Word, P.C.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Analytical, Design, Mathematics, Medical Terms, Research, Statistical
Work Schedule: Flexible, Travel, On Call
