Job Summary
The Program Director, Grants/Funding Donation Operations and Compliance Monitoring safeguards tight management of grants/funding donations, encompassing the preparation of detailed reports and ensuring strict compliance with funding regulations and organizational policies. This role independently facilitates coordination across different departments to optimize effective collaboration and information sharing. The program director proactively identifies and recommends strategies for optimizing the grantmaking process and continuously looks for opportunities to streamline operations, reduce administrative burdens, and ensure the highest level grantmaking compliance.
Minimum Qualifications
Degrees:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field required.
Work Experience:
Seven (7) Years Work Experience in operational, financial or contract audits and advanced data analytics. Must be proficient in utilizing data analytic tools to analyze financial and operational data that identify process improvements and cost savings. Data mining software (ACL or IDEA) expert; proficient in developing and implementing automated continuous monitoring. Process improvement experience. Flowchart experience.
Management Experience:
Five (5) Years Work Experience with prior program management or project management experience
