Skills / Requirements

JOB SUMMARY: The Operations Project Manager is responsible for managing resources and controlling mid to large scale projects at assigned pavilion. Ensures each project is carried out as planned in terms of objectives, time and financial constraints, and organizational policies and procedures. Coordinates and leads project activities from project initiation, programming, equipment and furniture selection and procurement, design and renovation and project closeout. Manages internal and external relationships through effective communication. Provides direct/indirect support to pavilion executive leadership and other special projects as needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: Bachelor Degree in Technology or Business Management or related experience; Certification in Project management preferred

Work Experience (Years and Area): 3 years related industry experience

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Communication Skills: Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact), Exceptional Verbal (Public Speaking), Writing/composing Correspondence, Writing/composing Reports

Other Skills: Analytical, Design
