Skills / Requirements

JOB SUMMARY:  Oversees  the day-to-day operation of the Rehab Services  including staffing, scheduling, productivity or any other duties delegated from the Rehab Manager and/or Director.   Assumes leadership responsibility for the area though goal setting and achievement.  Demonstrates competence to adapt work and customer service.

1. Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: Texas licensure in Occupational or Physical Therapy.  Masters, MHA or MBA preferred.
2. Work Experience (Years and Area): 4 years clinical experience in OT,  PT or SLP
3. Management Experience (Years and Area): 1 year supervisory or managerial experience preferred
4. Equipment Operated: Rehabilitation equipment

Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact)
Exceptional Verbal (e.g., Public Speaking)
Bilingual Skills Required:   (Preferred )   Languages: Spanish
Writing /Composing       (Correspondence/  Report)

3.  Work Schedule:     Flexible
