Job Summary

A non-licensed employee who performs routine tasks under the direction and supervision of a physical therapist, occupational therapist, certified occupational therapist assistant, and/or physical therapist assistant related to the operation and maintenance of the department and equipment. Assists professional staff in routine patient care under their direct supervision. Demonstrates competence to adapt work and customer service to accommodate the unique physical, psychological, cultural, safety, and other needs of patients served by the department.

Minimum Qualifications

Degrees:
a) Diploma / GED

Work Experience: Two (2) Years of Hospital or Outpatient Settings (Preferred)

Communication Skills:
a) Above average Verbal Communication (Heavy Public Contact)
b) Writing/ Correspondence
c) Writing/Reports

Language:
a) Spanish (Preferred)
b) Vietnamese (Preferred)

Proficiencies:
a) MS Word
b) Personal Computer
c) MS Excel
