Job Summary
The Revenue Cycle Analyst I is responsible for providing support to all areas of the revenue cycle department related to analyzing operational, financial and productivity data, routine and ad hoc reporting, as well as various benchmarking, database management support. The ideal candidate will have the necessary analytical, verbal, and written skills.
Minimum Qualifications
School Education: High School Diploma
Work Experience: One (1) Year Work Experienceexperience in healthcare environment in an analyst role. Revenue Cycle and database experience needed. (Experience in hospital/physician billing and specialized in Medicare and Medicaid preferred.)

Other Requirements: Knowledge of DNV, State, Medicare/Medicaid, and other external regulatory agencies. Data analytics and manipulation of multiple databases is required. Knowledge of Medicare, Medicare and commercial insurance billing and payment methodologies. Demonstrated detailed understanding of data and processing of data. Proficient in all MS Office applications, including Visio; demonstrated advance functionality of Excel and Access. Reasoning skills and ability to articulate logic behind decisions. Attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and meet deliverables. Problem solving skills. Demonstrated organization and time management skills. Customer service skills.
