Skills / Requirements
The Senior Accountant - Capital Assets is responsible for assisting with complex accounting activities including, but not limited to, analysis of capital assets, lease and subscription-based information technology transactions, depreciation and amortization calculations, lease versus buy analyses, and account analysis and reconciliations. The position will also be responsible for audit preparation, preparing reports for management, and other accounting related tasks as required.
Degree - Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
License & Certifications: CPA or CPA-eligible preferred
Work Experience: Five (5) years accounting work experience required; Healthcare and Capital asset/lease accounting experience preferred.
Communication Skills: Writing/Correspondence, Writing/Reports
Proficiencies: MS Excel, MS Word, P.C.
Work Schedule: Flexible, Eligible for Telecommute
Other Special Requirements: PeopleSoft experience preferred.
