Job Profile

The Senior HRIS Analyst ensures that the operational interests of all Human Resources areas are being fully represented in the day-to-day operations of the HRIS Department. This role supports all applications deployed within Community Health Choice.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Seven years of PeopleSoft experience.

OTHER SKILLS:

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience writing test plans and test scripts, and the documentation of testing defects
  • Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact)
  • Writing /Composing: Correspondence / Reports
  • Analytical, Design, Medical Terminology, Statistical
