Job Profile

The Senior Manager, Learning and Development position requires proven ability to successfully manage a dynamic team for training, quality and process improvement yielding in positive results for the Member Services department. This manager will evaluate current processes, training plans, and quality initiatives and develop a strategic plan for improvement to include IT and business stakeholders, identifying necessary technology, and/or leveraging existing technology, streamlining current work processes and eliminating redundancy and testing all changes requests prior to implementation to reduce and/or eliminate delays in deliverables. Provide leadership, mentoring, and continuous improvement in learning methodologies and improvement strategies. The Manager will be responsible for supporting the design, development, implementation and analysis of operational changes and outcomes. Develop and manage a team that maintains positive relationships within the organization to create and deploy various learning strategies to develop technical and soft skills throughout the department.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor Degree Instructional Design, Communication, Business, or related field.
  • Five years of experience as an instructional designer with supervision/project management over training and/or quality department.
  • Three years supervisory and/or project management experience.
