JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Project Manager Fac is responsible for coordinating and overseeing Facilities Architectural and Engineering projects, Harris Health System-wide from implementation to completion, ensuring that all projects completed are in compliance with Harris County Purchasing Policies, ICRA (Infection Control Risk Assessment) Policies, City Building Codes, TDLR (Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation), DSHS (Department of State Health Services) and other applicable Harris Health System policies. Leads project management process through project initiation, funding, programming, pre-design, equipment and furniture selection and procurement, design, pricing/purchasing, construction, occupancy and project closeout. Manages internal and external relationships through effective communication and demonstrates a high quality work ethic by exhibiting professional attitude, honesty and integrity. Leads and participates in a collaborative team environment to achieve best possible outcomes.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1.Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: Bachelor Degree and/or PMP preferred
2.Work Experience (Years and Area): 8-10 years in Healthcare-Design/Construction Administration
3.Management Experience (Years and Area): 5 years of Project Management
4.Equipment Operated: Plotters, Computer, Scanners, A/E tools (i.e. AuotCAD, Microsoft Project, etc.), Project Management Software, etc.
