JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior HRIS Business Analyst plays a lead role in the management and enhancement of the organizations HCM systems. Considered a subject matter expert capable of delivering HR technology solutions required to solve complex business issues. Analyst works closely with the business and technical teams to assess needs and define requirements. As a Project Lead, responsible for leading HR system(s) implementation projects, system maintenance and HR business process redesign. Develops, implements, analyzes and administers results for the HR Technology function using specialized knowledge or skills. Person relies upon deep understanding of the end-to-end functional HR processes, hands-on experience, interpersonal skills and broad knowledge of HCM systems to ensure assignment completion in compliance with policies, procedures and business strategy. This person ensures that there is integration between business and technology. May direct resources, prioritize work and provide guidance to less experienced team members.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: Bachelor's degree in business, Finance or IT required. Masters preferred (MBA or MHA or Health Informatics).
Work Experience (Years and Area): 8+ years of experience working with HCM Software (PeopleSoft, Workday, UltiPro. etc.).
3+ years of customer interfacing experience project oversight, senior management presentation. Able to work with multiple stakeholders towards an end vision while incorporating input, negotiation, influencing, communicating effectively and prioritizing. Healthcare or insurance industry experience a plus not required.
