Skills / Requirements

Job Summary
Accountable for directing the virtual care operations of all Ambulatory Care Centers within Harris Health System. Responsible for implementing and monitoring current and new virtual care programs, uncovering issues and resolving them and educating staff and providers on processes and procedure. Accountable to assigned goals with regard to volume, patient experience and new program use case development.

This position provides oversight of at least 3 or more of the operational scope criteria defined below:
Compliance and Regulatory Guidelines
Systematic Quality and Process Improvement Metrics for Telehealth
Professional Standards and Best Practices for Providers and Staff
Fiscal Management
Education Materials for Patients

Minimum Qualifications

Degrees: BA/BS Degree required; MBA/MHA preferred

Work Experience: Four (4) years administrative experience in a health care setting

Communication Skills:
Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact)
Writing /Correspondence '
Writing /Reports

Proficiencies: MS Word, P.C.
