Job Summary
The HR Coordinator supports various centers of excellence (COE's) within the HR organization, and the HR department in general, while ensuring the execution of the department's overall people strategies in order to attract, onboard, develop, and retain a highly effective workforce. Will also work in partnership with other members within the HR COE model, as assigned, to support the successful design and launch of HR related programming, as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

Degrees / Work Experience / School Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field (And) One (1) Year Work Experience in HR including recruitment, onboarding, development/learning, compensation, benefits, or other related HR areas


High School Diploma or GED (And) Five (5) Years Work Experience commensurate professional work experience

Communication Skills: Above Average Verbal Communication (Heavy Public Contact), Writing/Reports; Creation of regular reporting

Proficiencies:MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Typing; 30 WPM
