Supplemental DPS Equipment Technician

Skills / Requirements
Provides preventive maintenance, equipment repair and troubleshooting for all security electronic security controls and monitoring equipment, including CCTV, alarms and card access controls.
Degree: Associates Degree (AA) or equivalent of AA from technical certifications and military/industrial experience preferred.
Licensure & Certification: SWH Advance Training Certification preferred.
Work Experience: Three (3) years experience with AA, or three (3) years experience in Security Technology related/military/industrial with three (3) years experience in networked devices.
Communication Skills: Writing/Reports
Proficiencies: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, PC, Typing-20 wpm
Work Schedule: Weekends, Holidays, Flexible
Other Special Requirements: Must be able to respond to Harris Health locations for after-hours emergency service needs.
Equipment Operated: Physical and diagnostic equipment for PC and server based electronic access control, IP and analog CCTV, network switches, and infant security systems.
