Job Summary
The Supplemental Sr. Learning Experience Developer (Sr. LXD) is a highly-skilled and experienced learning professional responsible for efficient and effective development, maintenance, and delivery of content-specific courses and/or curriculums. This individual will work closely with Instructional Designers and subject matter experts to assure course content and delivery meet the needs of targeted audiences. The Sr. LXD will serve as the expert in development of eLearning using authoring tools, such as Captivate/Storyline and other graphic applications (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, etc.). The Sr. LXD will be responsible for the final build of the learning module, ensuring all content, course assets, and activities work seamlessly to provide the learner with a positive learning experience that is visually appealing and engaging while effectively conveying the concepts to learners. The Sr. LXD will have the innovative and visionary mindset required to help strategically drive the transformation of the learning experience.

Minimum Qualifications
Degrees:
Bachelors degree in Instructional Technology; Education; Communication, Business Administration, or related field of study
Masters degree preferred

Work Experience:
Eight (8) years of work experience in Instructional design, eLearning development, or similar, and developing eLearning using Articulate Storyline 360 and/or Adobe Captivate required. Including three (3) years experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Cornerstone, or Saba.

Six (6) years experience with Multi-media development with audio, video, and/or graphic design (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition, Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) Preferred

Communication Skills: Exceptional Verbal (Public Speaking), Writing/ Correspondence, Writing/ Reports

Proficiencies: MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Outlook, P.C.
