Job Profile

Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator is an integral partner in supporting the recruiting and onboarding initiatives for the Talent Acquisition team, encompassing all tasks associated with the full recruitment lifecycle; to include sourcing/screening, scheduling, and onboarding activities.

In addition, this role will assist with general administrative duties to support the various Talent Acquisition Programs at Harris Health System such as but not limited to the coordination of recruitment marketing efforts, reporting, and data entry.


Minimum Qualifications

Degrees:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field preferred


Work Experience:

  • Five (5) years' administrative experience, including two (2) years in a Talent Acquisition role coordinating the New Hire Onboarding Process.
  • If Bachelor's degree is held, will require one (1) year in a Talent Acquisition role coordinating the New Hire Onboarding Process.
  • One (1) year work experience in program management activities and/or high volume, fast paced recruitment environment (preferred)


Communication Skills:

Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact); Exceptional Verbal (e.g., Public Speaking); Writing /Composing: Correspondence/Reports

Proficiencies:

MS Word, MS Excel, P.C., Typing 30 WPM
