Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator is an integral partner in supporting the recruiting  and onboarding initiatives for the Talent Acquisition team, encompassing all tasks associated with the full recruitment lifecycle; to include sourcing/screening, scheduling, and onboarding activities. 

Minimum Qualifications 

Degrees:
High School Diploma or GED
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field preferred

Work Experience: Five (5) years' administrative experience, including two (2) years in a Talent Acquisition role coordinating the New Hire Onboarding Process.  If Bachelor's degree is held, will require one (1) year in a Talent Acquisition role coordinating the New Hire Onboarding Process.

Communication Skills:  Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact); Exceptional Verbal (e.g., Public Speaking); Writing /Composing: Correspondence/Reports

Proficiencies: MS Word, MS Excel, P.C., Typing 30 WPM
