The VP Business & Ancillary Operations- Ambulatory Care Services provides oversight of Ambulatory Care Services business operations.  This position develops and executes business strategies aligned with Harris Health System strategic plan and focused on financial performance, clinical effectiveness, physician relations, and overall enhancement of quality, operations, and patient satisfaction.  This position also supports coordination of organizational resources, project management, and network development to drive strategic transformation and integration.  Emphasis placed on management of financial, practice management and operational analytics to maximize Outpatient Operations. 

1. Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: Master’s Degree in Business or Healthcare Administration required.
2. Work Experience: Ten (10) years of progressive management experience required, healthcare focus preferred.
3. Management Experience:     Five (5) years senior management required, healthcare focus preferred.
4. Equipment Operated: Standard office equipment.
